Normal is a hard trap for any shift to Post Normal ideas of diversity and divergence.

Normal anchors us all to ideas around what should be done and what can be done.

Normal is self-evident and self-supporting because it is a biased loop of data research and analysis. It will always prove the value of itself.

To move forward we need to stop thinking about changing Normal to be inclusive but to simply stop using Normal as the root, the anchor, the foundation of our processes.

More on Post Normal.
