Good process tho (in my current space) I worry about the convergent moment as divergent but valuable ideas are pushed aside. This is mostly due to work in post-Normal design and aggravation with project that demands use of Double Diamond. Perhaps using the final presentation section to ensure that divergent ideas are heard, even if they are not chosen for development in the convergence and presentation sections.
