Thanks. Yes. I did skip over that split (partially due to lack of knowledge, partially due to the point I was making). Empathy exercise don’t really seem to engage cognitive empathy as the viscerality of experience engages emotions and, maybe, affective empathy. So, with a longer framing (not just the apps and blindfolds) and more use of conversations with people with lived experience then cognitive empathy might be usable.
